초록 Abstract

본 연구는 최근 온라인상에서 급증하고 있는 가짜뉴스로 인한 심각한 사회적 문제를 해결하고자 인공지능 기반의 온라인 콘텐츠 신뢰도 분석 웹사이트인 "진실의 눈" 프로젝트를 제안한다. 이 시스템은 사용자가 제공하는 뉴스 기사, 커뮤니티 게시글, 유튜브 영상 등 다양한 형태의 텍스트 콘텐츠를 분석하여 신뢰도를 점수로 환산해 제공한다. 특히 KLUE RoBERTa 모델을 활용해 콘텐츠에 숨겨진 감정, 혐오 표현, 클릭 유도성 요소를 정교하게 분류하고, ChatGPT API를 통해 핵심 키워드를 추출하고 의미적 연관성을 분석한다. 여기에 네이버 뉴스 API를 연동하여 유사한 뉴스를 검색하고, 이러한 모든 분석 결과를 종합해 최종 신뢰도 점수를 산출한다. 모델 학습을 위해 약 20만 건의 한국어 영화 리뷰로 구성된 NSMC 데이터셋, 혐오 표현 데이터셋인 HateSpeech, 그리고 AI Hub의 클릭 유도성 기사 탐지 데이터셋을 활용했다. "진실의 눈"은 사용자들이 정보를 더욱 현명하고 비판적으로 판단할 수 있도록 지원하는 동시에, 기존의 인력 기반 팩트체크 시스템이 가진 높은 유지보수 비용 문제를 효과적으로 해결할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

This study proposes the "Eye of Truth Project," an AI-based online content credibility analysis website, to overcome the social harms caused by the recent surge in fake news online. The proposed system analyzes text content from various sources such as news articles, community posts, and YouTube videos, and provides a credibility score. Specifically, it utilizes the KLUE RoBERTa model to precisely classify emotions, hate speech, and clickbait elements within content, and employs the ChatGPT API for keyword extraction and semantic similarity analysis. Furthermore, it integrates with the Naver News API to search for similar news articles. All these analysis results are then combined to calculate a final credibility score. For model training, the NSMC dataset (approximately 200,000 Korean movie reviews), the HateSpeech dataset (including hate speech and neutral sentences), and the AI Hub's clickbait detection dataset (labeled news article titles and body content for consistency) were used. The "Eye of Truth" is expected to help users make more informed judgments about information and effectively resolve the high maintenance costs associated with existing human-centric fact-checking systems.
